Andrea Bossard Promoted to Senior Director, Engineering at GLI

The leading provider of iGaming and lottery testing, assessment and other services powering gambling operators across the globe, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), strengthened its senior-level team with a new promotion. The company confirmed on Tuesday it selected Andrea Bossard for the role of senior director of engineering. The latest appointment represents a promotion for the executive who has previously served as director of engineering for GLI.

In her new role, Bossard is expected to help GLI complete strategic objectives. As senior director of engineering, she is expected to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the company’s services to land-based regulators, operators and suppliers across the globe. This, in turn, is expected to propel GLI’s growth on a global scale.

Mackenzie Haugh, GLI’s chief delivery officer, shared his excitement about the latest senior-level appointment. He revealed that it is imperative for the company to have leaders with the ranks of Bossard as a part of its C-suite.

Moreover, Haugh predicted that Bossard’s extensive experience and knowledge will help deliver exceptional services for the company’s growing number of customers. Finally, he once again praised the solid experience the executive brings to GLI’s growing team of experts.

β€œLeaders like Andrea inspire us all to simultaneously drive a world-class experience for both GLI’s customers and employees. She promotes deep, meaningful connections in order to accomplish this, setting a standard for us all to follow.β€œ

The Company Continues to Strengthen Its Leadership Teams

Currently, Bossard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Her career with GLI started nearly two decades ago back in 2006. Besides math and computer science, she brought experience in QA testing, which made her an important addition to GLI’s growing team.

Throughout her extensive career, Bossard held a number of important senior-level roles. Such include senior technical manager, technical manager and senior engineer, among others.

Back in January, GLI announced two important senior-level appointments. At the time, the company named Ginnie Hollis and Samantha Powell as VPs of engineering. Similarly to the most recent announcement, the aforementioned appointments represented promotions and came during a time when GLI sought to strengthen its global leadership team.
